Q. WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM PIECES?

A. Our custom Watercolour Initial and Watercolour Quote are 7-10 days and Watercolour Portrait is 2-3 weeks from purchase. This does not include shipping time so please take that into consideration. If you have a shorter time frame, please reach out to Kaitlyn prior to purchase to see if your piece can be made sooner. Our Watercolour Vows are 2-3 weeks from purchase. These are LOCAL PICK UP ONLY - in Airdrie AB, and cannot be shipped currently.

Q. My art print arrived damaged, what do i do?

A. Please reach out to me within 48 hours of receipt of your package at kaitlynelizabethanndesign@gmail.com and I will send a replacement.

Q. Do you do any other custom pieces?

A. If you like my style of brush lettering and watercolour painting, please reach out to me with what you may be thinking of for a custom piece and we can chat!
