PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at time of purchase and can be done in the shop. Payment must be made prior to shipping. The shop accepts all major credit cards.

Your purchase will ship to the address provided in checkout. Please ensure this address is up to date before you submit the order.

Custom watercolour art and art prints are shipped by Canada Post. Shipping varies depending on location but generally it takes 3-10 business days to deliver.

We currently only ship within Canada.

Watercolour vows are available only for local pickup in Airdrie AB.

returnS & REFUNDS

All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. If you have a missing item or items were damaged in transit you must let me know within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise. The item will be exchanged and/or a replacement will be sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or wrong item shipped.

Custom watercolour art is non-refundable. Please ensure upon submitting that you have everything spelled correctly and any details communicated. Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. If an error is made on our part, we will remake or reprint your piece at our cost.

Art prints are final sale. If you were shipped the wrong art print please reach out to me upon receipt and I will resend the correct print to you. kaitlynelizabethanndesign@gmail.com

If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

COLOUR MATCHING

Colours for custom work are posted in the shop listing. Please note that monitors may not show the colour correctly. If you have any questions, please reach out to me prior to purchase. If you would like me to colour match for your artwork please reach out to me to discuss options.

COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

All custom designs created by Kaitlyn of Kaitlyn Elizabeth Ann are owned by Kaitlyn Elizabeth Ann. This includes custom orders, calligraphy, signage and art work.

Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible are expressly and solely owned by Kaitlyn Elizabeth Ann and may be used in the reasonable course of Kaitlyn Elizabeth Ann’s business. Kaitlyn Elizabeth Ann has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
